Having worked on several projects with Raheja Universal, every new venture has given us an exciting journey in exploring creativity and elegance. Approached for the re-branding of Raheja Arbour, we understood that this unique project would put our ingenuity to a test in communicating one of the most distinct projects.

Unlike many of the previous projects, this highly affluent, sea-side home needed the recognition it deserved. With 6 storeys, basement parking, an expansive garden and a rooftop infinity pool, it's as exclusive as it gets.

After a site visit and a deep dive analysis to understand the project in its entirety, we concluded that the predominant USP of the property was it's exclusivity. Situated in the "Billionaire zone" of Mumbai, besides the sea, Arbour communicates the elite lifestyle at its best.

Emphasizing a lifestyle of luxury while highlighting it's seaside location, we drew inspiration from pictures that communicate refined tastes and finesse while situated in the lap of comforts.
Depicting the refined and elegant persona of Arbour, the logo is a dull gold with a minimalistic design.

By designing the communication to reflect the luxurious lifestyle, Arbour emanates the essence of refined elegance. Conveying the comfort of living among the creme de la creme of society, the communication established Raheja Arbour as a project of distinction.
